You will be surprised at the number of excellent activities we have around us, something to please everyone, here is just a sample of what you can do

Walking and Rambling
The Welsh Border Counties are so beautiful and a wonderful area for walking and rambling enthusiasts to enjoy strolling over open countryside. We have prepared some short walks and also longer distance hikes following bridleways, footpaths and tracks for you to enjoy. There are Countryside Parks in easy reach such as Mortimer Forest, Wyre Forest, Queens Wood, Bromyard Downs and Bringsty Common. We are so lucky to be in the midst of this unspoiled area

Bird Watching
This part of Herefordshire consists of very mixed farming, with open fields, woodland, rivers and is a haven for wildlife. Many species of farm and woodland birds can be found here, you are welcome to explore and see what you can spot on our farm and in the neighbouring countryside.

Alternatively you could enjoy watching Trevor Hill and his family flying their 'Birds of Prey'. The Hills live locally and they have one of the largest privately owned collection of birds in the country.  Ideal for group stay activity, very interactive and great entertainment for all ages.
